ORDERS
Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation
email. If you have not received your order confirmation Please check your Junk/Spam folder or email us orders@siaviinc.com
Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend
any details. We’re very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it
as soon as possible. If you need to make changes please reach out to a representative immediately as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order. hello@siaviinc.com
Items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our warehouse. If in the rare occasion you receive an incorrect or faulty item, PLEASE email hello@siaviinc.com to initiate return with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item. Please note that the customer is responsible for any and all return shipping costs. To return an item please follow the steps stated on our 'return policy' page and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.
After your payment is authorized and verified, please ALLOW 3-5 BUSINESS DAY FOR ALL ORDERS TO BE PROCESSED, this does not include shipping time. If your order is placed before 2p CST, our goal is process the order same business day. If order is placed after 2pm CST, your order is processed next business day. This is just an estimate. Orders are not processed on weekends or holiday.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we are unable to refunds or exchanges. We offer STORE CREDIT ONLY. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit to place a new order once the unwanted item is in our possession. To return an item please follow the steps stated on out return policy page
When we receive your return at our warehouse, we will process the return
within 7-14 business days. Once your return has been processed and your
store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email.

If the tracking details show your package was delivered and you can't locate it, we recommend checking around your home and/or asking your neighbors if they may have received it. If after that time you still haven't received it, you must contact the carrier IMMEDIATELY. SIAVI does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. If you contact us within 7 days of issue, as a courtesy, We will assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
